6.9 Application/ Network Monitor
The monitor determines the
aggregate number of tasks waiting at the nodes as well as the amount of
processes waiting to be scheduled. It also checks the network
availability to optimize the performance of application. Its responsibility
includes the monitoring of the application and keeping track of the
distributed components.
